We're making progress...

I had my 37 Week Dr.'s appointment today and it was good. Our Dr. was telling us about how it is common for first time mom's to go past their due date, so she said not to be concerned if I wasn't dialated yet or effacing. We were happily surprised to find out that I am already 1cm dialted and 80% effaced. Yeah! Like my Dr. said, 10% of the work is done. :) She said the baby weighs probably just under 6 lbs, so that is good. Not too big, not too small. I can't believe there's only about 3 weeks left. It's so exciting. I'm trying to enjoy these last few weeks, but it is kind of hard. I'm ready to meet her.

There's more progress on our house too. They've dug out more rock and they're getting ready to put the gravel down in the places that need it. I hope the nice weather holds out so that they can keep moving on it.
